We wanted to share the good news; we have officially returned to type 2 water supply system. This will come with some changes. First, we will be shut down from January 1 through March 31. Please make sure to winterize your unit and disconnect all exterior hoses. You will want to forward any mail to an address other than LCORI. Also, during the shutdown, member gate cards will be off. If you would like to check on your unit, we have put a procedure in place. From the hours of 11-3pm, members can check in with the office/security to get in and check on their place. Their visit must be limited to 4 hours; you must be out of the park by 3pm and these visits are intended to be “wellness checks” and not an everyday occurrence nor a time for projects.
All exterior upgrades are on hold. Storm damage is the exception, and if you have any question if your project qualifies, please Contact Danny (Park Manager). As always, no construction should occur without Danny’s approval.
Reminder that our dues have increased to $200 per month with the first month of this increase being next month November 1st.
In order to raise the money necessary to complete our infrastructure upgrade, the LCORI BOD has enacted an assessment of $180. This money will be collected after the first of the year, so please plan accordingly.
Lastly, park sales have resumed.
