Tennis & Pickleball Court Reservations

SuperSaaS has now replaced SKEDDA as our Tennis and Pickleball scheduling system as it is free, SKEDDA became very expensive. It works like SKEDDA, but should be easier.

  • Create a bookmark on your device or add it to your home screen on Android Phones to create a shortcut.
  • There is no Mobile App, but it does work on Mobile devices pretty good! 
Register

To register, you will be required to “create a new user account”

by entering your email address, full name, mobile number and lot number.

Access/login

Once registered, it is by email address only. No password. Really easy! 

Reserving a Court

You will see a calendar. (Courts can be booked 14 days in advance)

  • First choose Pickleball Court 1 vs Pickleball Court 2 vs Tennis Court.
  • Then click/select the date and 1 hour time slot you want. Edit start/end time needed.
  • A form with most things filled in already – will pop up.
  • Add or change the players’ names who are playing with you on this court
  • Click the Blue “Create Reservation” button. You are done!
Confirm Reservation

You will see your reservation on the calendar and get an email confirmation.

  • You can click any reservation to see the owner’s name, mobile phone number, email, and all players in case you need to contact them for any reason.
  • Click on your reservation to edit or delete it

TeamReach Phone App

“TeamReach” Phone APP is still used to contact other pickleball/tennis players to arrange matches. You can send a message to any or all APP users. Turn on notifications! Much easier than TEXT, email or phone!. 

  • Download APP from Google or Apple. 
  • Sign in with:
    • Group Code “Lcori” for LCORI PICKLEBALL (currently 40 members)
    • Group Code “LCORIT” for LCORI TENNIS (currently 12 members

Tennis court reservations show up as Green and blocks the ability to reserve any pickleball court. 

Pickleball Court 1 shows up as Blue and blocks the ability to reserve the tennis court. But you can still click to the right of it and reserve Pickleball Court 2 using a computer. (select that time using a mobile phone) 

Pickleball Court 2 shows up as Red and blocks the ability to reserve the tennis court. But you can still click to the right of it and reserve Pickleball Court 1 using a computer.(select that time using a mobile phone) 

For example, on April 7 the following bookings are shown: 

  • 8 – 9 am Pickle Ball Court 2 (Red) 
  • 830 – 930 am Pickle Ball Court 1 (Blue) Staggered time 
  • 930 am Tennis court (both Pickleball courts) (Green) 
  • 1030 – 1130 am Pickle Ball Court 1 (Blue) 
  • 1130 am – 1230 pm Pickle Ball Court 2 (Red) 
  • 1230 – 130 pm Pickle Ball Court 1 (Blue) and Pickle Ball Court 2 (Red) 

 

Good Etiquette

The booking system is for members and renters. As always, if a court is empty and not booked, feel free to use it. Renters or new users will often do this until someone teaches them the booking process. Please teach them and compromise a little if they are using the court when you show up for a booking. If you show up after the starting time and the court is empty, please book the court anyway so as to let others know that the court is used and for how long. (we can keep track of usage also) If you decide not to use a court, please delete your reservation so others know it is free.
